JW-PM app for iPhone and iPad

Our goal, in designing and developing the JW-PM (Public Meeting) app, was to simplify the work of brothers who have the task of making appointments with other congregations, regarding the public speakers, both incoming speakers and outgoing speakers.

- It is possible to enter the contacts and references of all the public speakers of your congregation and those of your circuit or district, sharing the data with other brothers responsible.

- An annual program of incoming speakers, month to month and week to week, with the ability to quickly see which week of the month needs an speaker. It is possible to alert the visiting speaker to the appointment with a simple click.

- Same opportunity for speakers coming out of their congregation. The annual program allows you to include weekly and monthly speakers who have to go out to hold public talks outside of your congregation. Also on this occasion you can quickly alert your brothers with a simple share.

- Finally a complete up-to-date list of public talks with the option of a quick search by title or number. You will also be able to note when this talk been made in your congregation and the speaker who has uttered this last time, thus avoiding making public talks of the same subject in a close-by way.
